as from tuned hearts
Cool as the breeze
smooching 'bout us
with a geyser's force
A table of leftovers
A phoenix of wild flowers
Half a carafe of wine.
A balcony for lovers
overlooking the vine
... The half bitten moon
looked on as
loving came from violins
came to violent ends
on two crumpled val cards.
